This dark beer is just what the doctor ordered if you like a dark lager. Similar to many imported dark lagers that are available at your local bottle shop only this beer is much richer in color and flavor. Made with authentic Hallertau hops for traditional flavor.
The kit includes: 3.3 lbs Dark Malt Extract, 3.3 lbs Amber Malt Extract, 1/2 lb. Crystal 50°L & 1/2 lb. Carapils grain blend, 1 oz. Hallertau bittering hops, 1 oz. Hallertau aroma hops, yeast and priming sugar.
