We are an employee owned company so every one of the owners have a commitment to provide you the best. Our service goes beyond getting your order out quickly and accurately, we want you to become a better brewer by providing the best instructions and advice available. About WindRiver Brewing- WindRiver Brewing Co. was started in 1993 in Eden Prairie Minnesota, by Scott and Will. Scott worked in the brewing industry before starting the company and Will is an accomplished brewer who handles R&D and manages our web site. Tammie is Scott’s wife and steps in from time to time to help answer the phones. Tammie and Scott's son Ben can be found doing his best ordering us around. In 2004 we built our new facility in Barron Wisconsin and finally moved in 2005. We are a family owned and run business. We do our best to make sure we offer the best in brewing and wine making ingredients at some of the best prices anywhere.

Our Promise- We are not one of those large faceless suppliers, we pride ourselves on old fashioned service. We are brewers ourselves and realize fresh ingredients make great beer. We try to utilized local ingredients as much as possible. We believe in supporting American farmers and are fortunate to be near one of the best malting facilities in the world. If you are not satisfied with any of our products just return them and we will issue you a credit or refund.

Our 2,400 square foot store, warehouse and production building is located on our family farm. We have added bee hives to the farm to use in our honey kits and mead kits whenever possible. What we can’t supply ourselves we purchase from local suppliers. We also tap our own maple trees to make maple syrup to use in one of our beer kits or for use on pancakes!

Our Hours- Our hours are 10am-6pm Central time Monday through Thursday, 10am-4pm on Friday and 10am-2pm on Saturday. You can place an order through our secure web ordering or order by phone during regular business hours at 1-800-266-4677.
